Hello, my name is Julie and I'm 57 years old. I was thin most of my life but have gained so much in my 40's and 50's that I barely recognize myself. I just saw a photo of me that was taken by a friend and I knew I had to at least try to get healthy and loose some weight. I hope I can do this.

You can. Log everything you eat (everything), restrict your calories, eat healthy foods, and get a little bit of exercise everyday. You'll see positive changes rapidly. Best wishes.0

Thank you! I just got in from 3 short walks (I have three Westies and can only walk them one at a time) and I am tired but feel good. I'll take it slow and maybe I can stay with it this time. I do love this app and think it will help me keep track of things. Thanks for the encouragement!0
