Anyone doing ramadan? How are you finding it with mfp? And calorie goals?

    Its easy and equal difficult to be on calorie goals in ramadan. It is 50 50. Lost 5lbs (2.3 kg) in Ramadan. You can add me.

    I cook for myself so keeping my nutrition fairly on track has been ok. A huge lack in consistency in my workouts though. I still log everyday but my diary does look loco lol.
