Its easy and equal difficult to be on calorie goals in ramadan. It is 50 50. Lost 5lbs (2.3 kg) in Ramadan. You can add me.0

I cook for myself so keeping my nutrition fairly on track has been ok. A huge lack in consistency in my workouts though. I still log everyday but my diary does look loco lol.0
