    @ShanonVdM yep... Carb cycling is the best way to lose weight anf not gaining it back again..as it reduces the chances of binge eating..

    Well that isn't true. Carb cycling is more about providing more carbs on your lifting days to improve your lifting sessions. Your calories will still be the same over the week and it won't really affect weight loss.

    Also loads of cardio

    It's probably more of the fact that you do tons of cardio which is helping you to get in a deficit. If you maintained you calories and didn't do carb cycling, you would see the same results.
