New here. Love food. Health wise I need to lose 100. Where do I even start.

Eat less, move more (if you want to that is). Get a food scale, weigh/measure everything you eat/drink.0

Buy a digital scale at Walmart. Weigh and log your food (using the MFP app). It's a great place to start. You don't even have to cut back on calories at first. Just log what you eat, you'll be surprised.0

Search for interesting recipes. If you love food then look at your lifestyle changes as an opportunity to try new things.
An after dinner walk is not too strenuous and will get you started burning some calories.0 -
Get with a fitness group...Plan your meals0

Avoid diet foods.
To lose weight you need to be eating fats, proteins and complex carbohydrates plus some fruit and vegetables. If possible do your own cooking from raw ingredients and avoid eating any convenience foods. That way you can be sure of what you are eating.0
