Depressed! Looking for support!

i tried this a while back. Did great then caved! 
my meds caused me to gain weight a few years back but now it's out of control. I've never been this size or should I say this unhealthy. I really have no support at home. Just non-constructive criticism . I'm gonna do this for me!! Praying you, whoever out there, will encourage me?

Same boat. Different ocean. Just started back today as a matter of fact. Notorious for being gung-ho for a week or so then dropping the ball. Maybe with some support on here we can pull it off this time!
