Yes, the significance is the fact that it is under 200. It is so easy to let yourself get into the 200's but getting out and closer to a healthier weight is "one"derful. Get it?0

I was stuck around 200.6 for 22 days.
Then after a week of eating take out constantly because my boss was buying it for everyone working insane hours to get a project out the door, I dropped to 199.7. Had another week of the same eating for the same reasons and went to 198.2.
I'm not sure, but I think my fat cells are trolling me.0
