Gentle work out suggestions?

Yesterday I went back to BodyPump after a 3 year gap, as well as putting in quite a lot of cardio - I have broken up from school (teacher, not pupil) and want to maximise my calorie burning time. Anyway, today I hurt. I know that tomorrow I will hurt more, because that's how it goes. But tomorrow I have a PT session which I would like to be able to move for. Any suggestions of things to do today to stop me seizing up entirely?

I'd just go for a walk. A slow walk burns as many calories as a fast walk and will let you recover without seizing up.

if you have a roller you could try that, massage out some of the knots - the other thing I find that works is do a lighter version of what caused the pain in the first place.
