What happened to me

I've been unhappy with pictures of me lately and yesterday I weighed myself. I officially weigh the most I ever had. Today I decided to do something about it. So hi everyone and hopefully I have great news to give throughout this relationship. Hell, I'm in Phoenix, I should be outside every day being active. Feel free to hit me up anytime and I'll do the same.

    What's up! Welcome..I would not advise being outside especially in the Phoenix heat, oh god! You're just asking for trouble haha. I just moved to Yuma, Arizona from Las Vegas, Nevada and I refuse to go outside during the summer haha. You just never get use to living in a desert. Diet is the most important thing to weight loss so get that in check first before killing yourself doing hard workouts.

    I'm in Phoenix, I avoid outside this whole section of the year, even find the mall oppressive some days. Focus on the food and at home movements. If you go out at 4 am, make sure to hydrate very very well. Good luck to you!

    Hello!! Congratulations on making a very tough decision: to improve your health. I'll tell you, it's not easy. It's a rollercoaster ride, full of thrills, chills, and spills. However, the results are worth it.

    I don't know about you, but I have a Pinterest board dedicated to motivational quotes. They help me firm up my resolve when I feel like sitting on my butt and eating ice cream all day long.

    I also don't go to a gym. I do try to walk or swim most days, and do workouts at home. Most of my workout routines come from the internet, so maybe that will help you, too.
