From January until the end of April, I was doing really well. Working out 4 times a week and eating healthier. Dropped 20 lbs with 40 to go. Then, Life hit the pause button 2 months ago and I got really sick. It has taken nearly 2 months to recover and I have gained that 20 lbs back. I am getting better day by day and my recovery is taking longer than I want, but this illness has taught me a few lessons. I am finally realizing that what I want/need depends on me. I worked harder in those four months than I ever have in my life. I had a good personal trainer who showed me the proper way to eat & lift weights, so I don't feel nearly as intimidated this go round.
So I am hitting the reset button and trying again.
Day 1 - 64 lbs to go

I'm resetting too! I've started and stopped more times than I can count but I figure as long as I keep starting again, eventually I will succeed! You can do it!0
