oh so slow. but i've hit 12 pounds (or almost) gone. Too funny that I set my original goal to be a 24 pound loss...i guess 2 pounds a week is not realistic...but an average of 1 per week is pretty steady. At this rate I'll have hit my goal for this challenge at the end of the next one! LOL.

Good job everyone, we are almost done this challenge. I am still a bit behind in my goals but I hope in the end I will reach my weight goal. I actually ran 2 days this week on my treadmill, I was really surprised I could run, I haven't ran in ages.:bigsmile: Hey, I just noticed I lost 20 pounds since the beginning of this challenge, wow!

I am so excited that so many of you want to join me again for the next challenge. Those of you that will be moving into maintainace soon (madamlaporte!!) PLEASE join us again for the next challenge.
