What are your best macros for satiety on 1500-1700 calories?

And how do you split your macros/cals between meals? (Sample meal ideas welcome!)

    Fiber keeps me fullest, probably because it hangs out in the stomach for such a long time. Lots of people swear by fat or protein.

    I quit trying to meet certain macro numbers every day.

    I go heavy on fat (~120g), normal protein (~70g) and low carbs (~20g). I eat between 1400 and 1800 calories per day with usually 4 meals of around 200-600 calories each. It varies day to day based on hunger or lack thereof.
