I just did a white bean cake for my son's 5th birthday, and his entire nursery class loved it (and they never suspected a thing, the poor dears). Can't wait to have an occasion to do some brownies!!0

I've made them and they are tasty. Rich, very moist. They are different from regular brownies, of course. Less chewy, less sweet. My boys liked them! I had to cook them longer than the recipe called for and they were still a bit gooey. Half the pan was gone quickly, but the rest sort of sat around. They really need to be eaten within 2 days for best taste/texture. They go bad quickly, so keep in the fridge or air tight container for maybe 3 days.0
