Hi All. I'm Kim Lunn Wallace from Nassau Bahamas. I joined 10 days ago. I've just turned 49. I'm 5'9 1/2" and had no clue what my weight was. I never weigh I measured by inches. I was on some meds that made my size 4 clothing NOT fit. So I entered 170 lbs. my mistake because my clothes fit now and I weighed on my daughters scale yesterday and it said 170. I was completely fit but eating high protein only for some 20 odd years. Stopped in 2008. So walked a few days in the past 10 days and slowly monitoring my meals. I have one 26 old child and a 2 month grandson. Happy to be a part of the community
