I am a dancer with bad knees and a bad back. My doctor says if I lose some weight it will help tremendously. I can't find excersize for my issues. If you can help please do.

I don't have the greatest knees either. I think you should start out walking with really supportive shoes. Since you dance, you have stamina, you can probably walk a good distance. Wrapping your knees when you walk should help the discomfort.0
