Hello, well like title says, I did start using MFP about... 3 years ago,4? i'm not sure, this was when I had 25 kgs or so to lose ( sorry about using metric systems, I'm not good with pounds ) and since then I went down to 52 kgs and now I'm on 58, which is fine cos muscles.
Here you can see a pic, I need a more recent one but that'll be for another post.
Then well, I'm doing fine, I just started to eat properly like 2 days ago, lol, my coach calculated 2,200 calories for me, I have hit like 2000 ,and it makes such a difference, I can do all the reps with the same weight as before,or even a bit more, I do get tired but I can finish it all! I feel super awesome, there is just ONE thing that bothers me...
The belly fat, argh it's been going down sloooowly, but then again I am to blame,I did drink a lot on the weekends,I confess, actually I suspect that only cos I kept training I didn't gain even more fat,so no wonder I wasn't losing it properly.
Also I just recently committed for reals ( 3 weeks lol ) , I attend on saturday mornings, I attend whether it's raining or it's too sunny. I cut my alcohol intake to 1-2 drinks a week tops,I am tracking my food,my macros, getting enough protein, and i'm telling you, I barely hit the 1,200 calories mark before and I was so tired all the time and after gym uff, poor body, I don't know how I did it. Now I know I'm on the right track. I recently added some cardio, 25 minutes every third day, gonna add HIIT when I feel more in shape.
Oh right, i'm 32 , I like anime, manga, reading, tattoos, and cats , I'm willing to make new friends and support each other on this road to eh whatever our goal is .
