    Well I learnt from a coach this week that whey protein makes you big. She said I should buy her soya product instead. I just smiled. Not everyone has earned the title of coach.

    Did not read. Currently eating 400 grams of yogurt on a deficit. I know I won't gain fat...because deficit.

    I eat yogurt every day and I've lost 15 kg. Doesn't seem to be making me fat.

    Yogurt and protein powder is my go-to combination to top off carbs and protein at the end of the day. I lost 112 pounds doing it. "They" are clueless.
