You can do it! If I can, you can! Don't get disheartened! When you're close to your target weight, try to keep your exercise and diet levels steady, rather than increase or decrease. I know it's a slow process, but you've done it before so you can do it again! You've proven it once, so be proud of yourself0

The hardest part is maintaining! We get comfortable and let are guard down. Always set new goals! Whether you want to start a certain program, marathon, etc. Tone up, get ribbed. After I lost the weight I started a new fitness program to get 6-pack abs. I have to eat right with 1 day I call a FREE day I eat what I want but only for one day. I train 6 days a week this is after 2 kids! Lol so I know you can do it!0

That sucks but it's awesome you're back at it! You lost it before so you can do it again! Make a plan so that once you lose the weight you can maintain.0

You can do it, sometimes starting is the hardest part. So for now just focus on the first step, starting.0
