i definitely think Logging my food to MFP is the best decision I've made in a very a long time!

    I have been eating all the calorie what MFP stated and I get to eat a little more with daily exercise... It might be the exercise too as I have been either walking or getting on the cross trainer daily and do 5km everyday! I think I missed one day but all other days I have been trying to be active so I get more calories to spend on food I love ( in moderate!) specially being at my desk from 9-5 and going from 0 to 5km everyday must have played some role....
