Needing this to work

I am a dancer with bad knees and a bad back. My doctor says if I lose some weight it will help tremendously. I can't find excersize for my issues. If you can help please do.

    I don't have the greatest knees either. I think you should start out walking with really supportive shoes. Since you dance, you have stamina, you can probably walk a good distance. Wrapping your knees when you walk should help the discomfort.

    Try doing yoga, I've seen some amazing transformations from people doing yoga.

    One guys couldn't walk, but then he could after
