Far burning heart rate

Hi.
I have been doing cardio just out of interest does anyone know the fat burning heart rate if my resting heart rate is 50?

    It is supposedly 60% of your max heart rate which is age driven. All very loose estimates.

    Thanks looking to loose a stone . I have been walking to work and bk which is 2hrs a day 5 days a week. I do break sweat as there is hills and my max heart get to 120 just want to know if it is enough ?

    Just keep that up, and watch your calorie intake. Try to keep a calorie deficit.

    Your overall calorie burn is what matters and for weight loss your overall calorie deficit is supreme.
    The zone is something thats pushed a lot by hrm makers, especially Polar, who have a vested interest in making a big thing of it.
