Last night I made salmon grilled on lime slices that was brushed with butter, lime juice, and lime mojito grill seasoning! It was very good!

Sashimi! don't need anything on it really but of course you can dip it in wasabi and soy sauce or Worcestershire. I do talapia in the oven with garlic, italian seasoning and lemon juice. I also like pan fried or oven baked salmon with capers. Also, salmon, capers and cream cheese on a croissant...nom nom

I love tuna or swordfish steak - and a fresh steak is tasty enough that it barely needs anything on it - grilled with a squeeze of lemon and it's good to go

I buy salmon at Sam's (no skin) and slice it into portions and freeze. When I am ready to eat it I thaw it and sprinkle it with Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple seasoning and toss it on my Foreman grill (I use Pam to avoid sticking) for a few minutes. Amazing! A touch of sweetness from the ample bits and pepper and salt, slightly smokey.

Salmon with sweet, tangy glaze. Mix equal parts brown sugar and dijon mustard. Put in microwave for just a few seconds to get the sugar to melt, stir well. Pour thin layer on top of salmon, then broil on low in oven until cooked. NOM NOM NOM.

12-16" Largemouth bass filets (I have a pond, so chillax C&R peeps) coated in zatarans and fried in peanut oil. Also, 8-12" bluegill fried whole same way (dem fins yo).

I love a nice salmon fillet brushed with sweet chilli sauce and baked. It makes a lovely sweet and spicy glaze.

Pasta with seafood sauce. Make a basic roux with flour and butter, and seafood stock as the liquid. Customize it with garlic, herbs, capers, whatever suits your fancy. Toss the sauce with some pasta, and serve with your favorite fish.

I like baking fish and serving it with brownrice, tomatoes,cilantro,onion, sesame seeds and siracha hot sauce. The bad boy in me likes to also do fish fry with hush puppies, cole slaw, and ice cold beer or root beer.

I enjoy a lighter fish like mahi-mahi blackened with some of Paul Prudhomme's (sp?) seasoning. For two filets I use two tablesspoons of butter.

I love fish so much I usually just top with thin slice tomatoes or lemons and brush with olive oil and bake. Sometimes we make fish sticks for the kids using almond flour and coconut oil. With summer here we had grilled shrimp and calamari sauteed in ghee. It was DELICIOUS.

I've made this recipe before. I added sliced green olives and peas. It was really good! I can't wait to have my mom over so I can make it for her.

I've made that too and served it over spaghetti squash. It's so good, but her tomato caper is out of this world!
