5-14 glasses depending on the day. I sweated a lot today so I am at about 10 right now and going for more shortly. I drink until my body says it does not want anymore.0
-
I aim for 5 liters a day, normally 2 of which are at the gym0
-
12-16 cups.
My urine is usually light yellow to very light yellow, so I know I'm well hydrated.0 -
A couple of liters a day, more in summer.0

The best way to make sure I am getting enough water is with every meal I have a 20oz bottle and I make sure the bottle is empty before my meal is done. It helps me eat more slowly and I am full when the meal is complete and I feel full for a longer period of time.0

3-4 liters most days.
It was hard to get used to at first, but now I actually feel thirsty if I go even 30 minutes without a drink of water. I go through about 1L per hour exercising as well as my regular daily intake.0 -
2-3L of drinking water.0
-
about 144 oz a day0
-
Does black coffee without sugar count as your water intake?0
-
not much. Maybe 40 to 60 oz if I count the water from my coffee. some days none.0
-
167 oz. per day, more on days I exercise or strength train0
-
101.4 oz0
-
100-120 ounces usually, sometimes more.0
-
I drink between 48 to 64 oz a day0
-
2.5 liters usually, never less than 2.0
-
Maybe a cup a day, I seriously need to drink more.!0
-
96oz a day0
-
At least 96 oz plus any alcohol I drink. I converted that on google and it said it was almost 3 liters.0
-
Around 2L on rest days, about 3L on days when I workout.

80 oz of just water. Does not include any other sources such as coffee, tea, soda, etc. or water I drink during exercise.0
-
Over a gallon normally. And that's just plain water.0

I have a 32 oz mug that I fill with ice and water to take to work. I will generally refill it with water at least once throughout the work day. I will also have a cup or two of tea most days and if my husband and I go out for dinner I will usually have water, sometimes ice tea. I have more trouble getting enough water on the weekends or days I don't work. I can tell when I am not getting enough because I will get light headed.0

I've always had a difficult time getting all my water in each day, considering I used to (years ago) never drink it - would only drink milk and sodas, I consider anywhere from 36 to64 my goal each day. Some days I make it to 64, but most days hover around 48.0

I just finished a 101.4 oz jug. started at 6 am. Needed to rehydrate after a soccer tournament in the heat this weekend where we were in the sun all day. Usually right around 100 - 120.0

About 120 oz I think. I have a 34 oz water bottle I fill and drink 3 times during the work day and I don't count anything else but usually at least 2 more big glass of water in the evening.0

80 oz.-120 oz.0
