Around 2L on rest days, about 3L on days when I workout.

80 oz of just water. Does not include any other sources such as coffee, tea, soda, etc. or water I drink during exercise.0

Over a gallon normally. And that's just plain water.0

I have a 32 oz mug that I fill with ice and water to take to work. I will generally refill it with water at least once throughout the work day. I will also have a cup or two of tea most days and if my husband and I go out for dinner I will usually have water, sometimes ice tea. I have more trouble getting enough water on the weekends or days I don't work. I can tell when I am not getting enough because I will get light headed.0

I've always had a difficult time getting all my water in each day, considering I used to (years ago) never drink it - would only drink milk and sodas, I consider anywhere from 36 to64 my goal each day. Some days I make it to 64, but most days hover around 48.0

I just finished a 101.4 oz jug. started at 6 am. Needed to rehydrate after a soccer tournament in the heat this weekend where we were in the sun all day. Usually right around 100 - 120.0

About 120 oz I think. I have a 34 oz water bottle I fill and drink 3 times during the work day and I don't count anything else but usually at least 2 more big glass of water in the evening.0

~128 oz on the average.0

100-160oz (add 20 to that if were including all liquids like soda)0

I normally drink at least 4 litres of water a day if not more. I carry a litre water bottle with me every where I go.0

Water = 12 to 14 cups/day
Coffee = 5 cups/day0 -
Minimum of 2.5L (80 ounces) of water. I try to drink half of that amount before consuming any food.0

I try to get in about a gallon or more a day. Gotta stay hydrated, especially in the summer.0

On average, 120 oz of plain water a day. That's usually about 15 cups. I also have coffee and green tea daily, but if I add anything to the water I don't count the water towards my goal. When exercising more than normal, I definitely drink more.0

At least 10 (8 oz) cups a day. Sometimes more. It's important to stay hydrated.0

I'm trying to do at least 1 gallon a day. It has helped curb my appetite as well.0
