Recommended youtube vids

Hi.

I've cleared my main room so on wet days I can exercise indoors.

I'm 43, not fit but not unfit (?), torn miniscus that locks my knee that I keep putting off getting fixed so no massive high impact but am not infirm, plus have seizures so back pain comes and goes....but am getting stronger with that. Weight fluctuates between 11-12 stone atm - 5 foot 6- some fat but also muscle.

Looking for cardio mainly as I do outdoor stuff for strength.

Any recommendations?

    If you have a lot of health issues, I would talk to your doctor or an instructor first to figure out what would be best, so you do not accidentally hurt yourself worse. I've been there on the back pain, it took months to go away...

    Def, they have low impact to HIIT videos from 10 minutes to an hr. But yea speak to your doctor as to where to start on the impact.

    I'm cool with my health but thankyou for the concern. I've had it for years and I can judge when I'm overdoing it - I just stop :)
