Sunday Mini "Challenge"

OK, today we are not really having a challenge but more of a day off with stretching.

If anyone has any other ideas for stretching please let me know. But for right now the best stretch I know is the windmill stretch. It stretches your back, torso and upper legs. There is no certain amount to do as long as you do them and in the evening report back that you have done them.

Have fun with this and we will get back to exercising on Monday.

    Done. It was a nice break to focus on the stretching - especially when I did weights today! See ya tomorrow!

    That was great Charger440! i finished in between shoveling the black dirt, loading and unloading rocks, and trying to keep all the mud out of the house!!! :laugh: Gotta love remodeling the driveway, landscaping, and drain piping!!! :noway: See ya tomorrow for our next awesome challenge!!!

    I finished them too. Didn't get to many of them done as I had a busy day though. We had or Memorial day get together today.
