On a mission

hi! Trying to drop weight and firm up... I walk and strength train, play tennis in summer (when I find a partner) and ride bike... I want to drop a minimum of 40 more lbs... I have already dropped 50 but slowly because I do have a thyroid condition :-(

    Hi Good luck , I want to loose 40 pounds too but I'm gonna focus on just 20 . you can do it!
