Working on shedding 155lbs and would like friends for mutual support

Hi there,
I am working on shedding 155lbs to be at my goal weight of 185. I would love to have friends for mutual support! A little about me; I live in Oregon, I have been married an amazing guy for 7 years and we have three adorable dogs. I love to hang out at the beach, crochet, knit, sew, read books, fish, and drink lots of coffee (black of course). Thanks for reading!

    Hello Peter! - Stick to the deficit that MFP suggests, throw in some regular cardio and you will without a doubt get to your goal :)

    Best of luck to you! I am trying to lose 100+ pounds and so far MFP has helped me lose almost 3 pounds in 2 1/2 months. I've been dealing with foot injuries and physical therapy, so I've had no cardio to speak of, but just eating healthier and less has already made a huge difference. I know you can do it too!
