I just wanted to say Hi everyone. I will be getting married in August(9months) Yikes!! I dedided to start this program. I hope it will help motivate me. I was doing really well 2 months ago until I had a knee injury during kickboxing class, it left me on my butt for 6 weeks. Ouch!! I now can slowly begin to build my knee up and in the process take off the weight I gained. I want to lose 50 lbs. Does anyone have any suggestions on any programs or anything they feel that would be helpful? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Try hot yoga. Anything else may aggravate your knee0
