Whilst the kettle's boiling!!!

I've pledged to myself that whilst the kettles boiling I will jog on the spot. (or do situps etc).

I've boiled it five times today and assuming it boils for 2 minutes that 10 minutes of on the spot jogging and 100 calories!!! A pretty easy way to burn 100cals I reckon!!!

    I do squats whilst waiting for it to boil - I may alternate that with jogging on the spot - thanks for the tip!!!

    I think that is a VERY clever idea! Many times I find that when I'm talking on the phone I will just walk around - either in the house or out in the yard.....whatever you can come up with to get some activity is definitely a plus!
