Need help with a diet plan please xx

Can anyone recommend a set diet plan. I prefer to have my meals set for me but not sure where is the best place to turn

    Google should turn up thousands of them but it doesn't take long to set up your own and you might have more success planning in meals you already enjoy. The problem I used to find with magazine diets is that they are too varied leading you to have leftover part packets of way too many fresh foods just mouldering away in the fridge because they're not built into the diet again that week. Also, you need to divide your calories according to your hungry times. A 500 calorie dinner like many set diets provide just isn't enough to look forward to at night for me. Good luck finding what you seek! Adding friends with open diaries might help give you ideas.

    Heres mine :) Any comments are welcome. i just alternate chicken/fish in my main meal and fruit instead of the protein shake some days!

    Nice looking day. I find I eat a lot more fish than I used to too.
