    :heart: I just want to thank all of you very much!! This can be done...and can be done the right way!! Never lose track of why you are dong this and keep pushing forward!! We all have our "off" days but you have got to realize that this happens and the important thing is to pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get right back to it!!     I was just doubting myself that I would ever get to 140lbs, but then I see that you started out a little heavier then me, and you have done it!! Thank you for being inspirational!!
