Looking for a professional or at least amateur (with contest experience) advice. im coming off my off season, which i wanted to full out my frame a bit more and add a bit more muscle mass, ive gained a total of 10kg in my off season which lasted about 10 weeks. im looking to lean out now, but giving myself 14-16 weeks to do it, ive always admired a bodybuilders contest prep and will aim to achieve a similar goal a part from actually competing. i wanted to get some advice on a strategy from transition between bulk-cut, and also when to introduce cardio and at what deficit i need to start at (if any) ? i consider myself an endomorph, as i struggled to get cut previously and ended up wrecking my metabolism from cutting to quickly. my stats are: 27yrs, 182cm, 95kg, 16% bodyfat (estimated) goal is 87-90kg, 8-10% bodyfat. i understand the basics, but if anyone can offer a guideline to a well thought out statedgy, it would be much appreciated
