Back on the saddle after falling off the wagon

starting over again with the weight loss journey after losing 20lbs then not losing anything. I became discouraged and figured I could eat as I use to. Gained a few pounds back and clothing is beginning to feel tight again. I will not be defeated, I will get back to working on myself! Wish me luck!

Im over two years into this and have been up and down many times. overall im down 65 pounds in the two years, but i have like 40-50 to go so I have like two more years at this rate. the key is you just keep going0
