Find your motivation &when you feel like quitting remember why you started!Never give up &Believe in yourself!!I started out at 250lb and couldn't walk for 10 min without getting out of breath ..eventually running 4 miles now i run a half marathon every weekend and in under 50 min ..when you stop making excuses you get results...and become stronger don't be afraid to challenge & push yourself and you will succeed! YOU VS YOU!!

thank you i started running close to years a go even with my leg injury and health problems i pushed myself and ran 2-3 times week sometimes..I'm really fast now some ppl find that hard to believe but I can run 13 miles in under an hour my entire transformation is on InstagramVandyGear03 wrote: »Wow...most winners of half marathons still take more than an hour. The women's world record for the half marathon is 1 hour, 5 minutes (http://aimsworldrunning.org/statistics/CurrentYearStatistics.htm#HalfWomen). I think whatever app you are using is not very accurate.

Agree. The picture posted has crazy jags added to it. The gps monitoring must be off on the app.
