Hi, I've started this today and struggled a lot!! I decided I need some sort of motivation to keep going, that's when I found your post. How are you finding it??0
-
I just started today too! Just got cleared to work out after having a second baby. How are you guys logging it in your exercise?0
-
I use a heart rate monitor while I do the video. I created my own exercise for Level 1 of 30DS, and log my calorie burn there.0

Log as circuit training under cardio. It's a combo of cardio & strength. A heart rate monitor is designed for steady state cardio....so that's a guess too

I am going to start agian tonight. I was doing it awhile back when I lost over 20 pounds....then gained it back :-(
Did it once last week and really had a hard time but I know if I keep doing it it will get easier.
Do you do it every single day? I was so sore last week I don't know if I could have done it days in a row. Maybe start every other day?0 -

Hello, if u feel doing every other day works best for you I think you should go for it. You should give rest to your muscles. Don't forget to drink lots of water :).
Let's do this!!

I started doing the 30 day shred video June 29 but I'm only on day 7 because I've only been doing it at work (M-F) and not very consistenly either.. It really hasn't been getting easier but I guess its a good thing because its a good workout0

I'm on day 8 and it still hasn't gotten easier for me I'm using 3 pound hand weights and even that is too hard sometimes, lol, oh well.. I'm focusing on completing it.0 -
I've done the JM 30 Day Shred and love it! I just recommend to be sure that you are using proper form. The exercises are definitely doable but it is easy to hurt yourself. Safety first! You can't lose weight if you are hurt :-(0

I'm glad to see allot more people are doing JM I started Saturday with the 30 day shred and I was asking myself how do I know how much calories I burn... Do u recommend for me to get the watch or what other suggestions? U could add me too I need all the support I could get I feel sometimes in giving up but I don't want too and force myself back up... Does this happen allot0

On Monday I did JM bodyshred level one. My everything hurt. I took yesterday off and just did a 30 min walk. Today I decided to try JR 3DS it was easier but I'm finding my time for recovery after a.work out Is 1-2 days. Like my legs still ache from Monday's work out and a 15km bike ride and 2.5 hours in the pool (60 laps then mostly paddling around) on Sunday. I feel like maybe I'm over doing it but I'm not using poor form or injuring myself I just feel tired and sore. Is this program supposed to be done daily? The bodyshred one alternates between workouts but it's daily. I don't think I'm ready for how intense it is at this point, hoping shred is less owwwww, everything aches for 2 days.0

She says to have a rest day every 6 days but you can tailor it so it fits in your life.
I started a little over a month ago. It gets so much easier I promise!0 -
Im starting JM 30DS today, I was suppose to start last Monday but life got in my way, i've decided not to let anything get in my way anymore.
