There are so many groups it is hard to go through all of them, is there a way to search for keywords in order to find a group.

Google site:community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group and whatever group you're looking for.
For example, Fitbit site:community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group to find the Fitbit Users group.0 -

What kind of group are you searching for? Maybe someone who is already a member could link you in.
There is also the possibility that the group you are looking for does not exist. If that is the case you could try creating it yourself.0
