Hi all, new on here, could use some motivation and helpful tips and ideas for low carb dieting. :-)

Lots and lots of veggies! With every meal, do about 3/4 plate veggies and 1/4 protein. Hard boiled eggs are great snacks and eggs cooked any way are a great option for breakfast.0
