I'm gonna be doing 50lb goals... My first goal is to lose 52 lbs by thanksgiving.. I need to add friends so please send me friend request!!

Thats a really steep goal, it has you losing over 3 lbs per week. It's generally recommended not to aim for more than 2 lbs per week, unless you are morbidly obese.0
