I love shoulder day. in fact, i train them twice a week because although they are my favorite, they are not as big, full and round as they need to be.

tell me your favorite shoulder exercises to keep me from getting bored and plateauing!

I have a shoulder only day (part of my 4-day split) and then hit them again each week on 5th upper body only day.

My main lifts (one on each day) are standing BB press and seated DB press. For supporting lifts I alternate between 2 of the following (not all on the same day) -

    - DB lateral raise
    - Cable One-arm lateral raise (I mix it up coming down in front and also behind the back)
    - DB Bent Over Reverse Fly
    - DB Seated Bent Over Reverse Fly
    - Arnold Press
    - Front Plate Raise (above head to hit traps too)

To keep things interesting, I don't just vary weight and reps, but also time under tension.

On chest day, shoulders also get hit pretty good (which is why chest is day 1 and shoulder are day 3) with DB chest press and dips.

These are my go-to's, seeing that I don't have cables at home. Something else, don't forget the intensifiers, super sets, giant sets and my favorite the 100 rep front plate raise!!! It's a killer.

I thought face pulls were a back exercise?
I love a 4 move superset with dumbbells: 10 arnold raises (or curl press), 10 front raises, 10 lateral raises, 5 front raise to lateral raise. I try to do 5 sets.

Face pulls are rear delt exercises. So kinda the back...of the shoulder.
