Late night workout, Eating late.

Hi,

So I work lates one week off and one week on. Therefore I dont finish the gym untill about 9:00pm, I want to refuel my body as thats what your supposed to do right? considering I want to gain muscle and tone.

What are ideal things to eat after a late night workout? Other than fruit, as I already eat enough of that throughout the day and want to watch my sugar intake.

    Eat normally, meal timing does not matter

    You mean keep same weight, shred fat to show more muscle definition, and gain muscle?
