Tracking your food intake is the first step....it is a pain inthe *kitten* but it really works i lost 55 lbs when i tracked when i stopped tracking i slowly gained half of it back.....so now i am back to keeping a diary0

Tracking your food intake is the first step....it is a pain in the *kitten*, but it really works.
Logging works—and it gets easier the more you do it. Now it's a healthy habit, like brushing my teeth.
