Today I did abs,biceps, and calves but I don't know how many calories I burnt doing my exercises is there any way to figure it out

I will enter my in cardio as different things and use it as an estimate. It comes close enough since I try not to eat back all my calories and gives me an idea of what I burned.0

You can enter it as strength training under the cardio section - but it will be way higher than what you actually burned so cut it at least in half.0

Go ahead and enter today's workout as 6 calories burned. Maybe even 80 -
@DavPul I do chest workouts on Monday and Wednesday and saturday0
