Well done, you are doing so well! :)
Just wondering if you feel hungry a lot?
I'm trying to stick to 1300 calories a day using MFP but finding I'm getting hungry & worried I'm not eating enough which my slow my weight loss.
Are you working out as well?

Eating 1300 calories a day won't slow down your weight loss.

If you want more, exercise more.

In the beginning I did feel hungry a lot but not so much anymore (except when I'm ready for dinner after work!) I'm sticking around 1,300/day as well. Sticking to 1,300 won't slow down your weight loss but if you are finding that you are hungry a lot then you can change your goals on MFP to a less aggressive weight loss goal!

I am working out. In the beginning I just began walking because even that was becoming difficult. My plan right now is gym every other day, and trying to incorporate stretching/yoga in between gym days just to give myself something to do.
