How about the "Eat Less Calories than you Burn" diet?

    It's free, sustainable, and educational.

    Just a thought.

Stop it with your common sense....

Is that meant to be sarcastic?

    Eeeeerm.... Yes....?

    Why?

    Why is it sarcasm?

Exactly? Was there any need for your input, which provided no help what so ever.

Are you hangry? Is no one allowed a sense of humour on this thread?

It's 100% serious in here, 100% of the time.

I'm not hungry, and i do have a sense of humour. Your comment was sarcastic! It beared no resemblance to humour. I am all for a laugh, with people i know.

Oh man, as a Brit, sarcasm is my first line of humour defence. Relax, you can have a laugh with people you don't know!

Good luck with the calorie counting, definitely the most sensible way to go. (This is not sarcasm).

I didn't say hungry and I don't think you actually understand what my comment was meaning tbh.

Lets leave it at that then.
