Say I want to email my food diary to my trainer and nutritionist how do I do that.

    Here are directions for Internet Explorer. Other browsers will of course have different methods to accomplish this task.

    On the Web version, navigate to FOOD > Food Diary > View Full Report (Printable) - scroll to the bottom to see the button.
    Choose From and To dates - up to one year's worth, then check or uncheck Food Notes, Exercise Diary, and Exercise Notes as desired.
    Click Change Report - it may take a few minutes to generate the entire report.
    Use your browser Save as (Ctrl+S) function and save the file as a PDF, text, or HTML file,then attach it to an email.

    Tip: To find specific entries, use your Web browser's Find function (in Internet Explorer Find is under Edit > Find or Ctrl+F) to search for a keyword or date.

    That was a good question Roxanne, and thanks for solution Cyber Tone. I copied your instructions into my notes so my doctor can see the results over my next physical.
