When I got to 330 lbs and my feet swelled up, I figured it was time.

My father and brother are large and both have cellulitis. I don't want to get in that condition. Lately I've been sedentary. My job is local but I drive to work. When I commuted, I was walking at least a mile to and from the station. But that was 5 yrs ago. Now had been putting on weight at an incredible speed lately and it's time to get back in shape. This is my first 4 days and I've lost 11lbs. My goal now is to get below 200 lbs. Its time!!!

Oh. Walking. Wednesday and Thursday, 8 & 9 miles. Break yesterday, 10 miles today. Today I had a heart rate monitor and pulse was way above target so no jogging for me until I can get pulse to a normal rate. I'm also recording all my nutritional intake and staying below my allowed calories. Gave up a lot of soda.0
