    Beef is at a redic price around me so we just started using turkey because of that. Now we prefer it for the most. (I also think turkey bacon is way better than pork bacon) We use it just like we would with beef. Burgers, sauces, meatloafs, etc. We still eat beef when we can find it at a decent price - but I'm just so used to ground turkey now I don't really feel the need in using ground beef.

    I eat ground turkey breast usually. It is cheaper than beef and I believe healthier for reasons not on the label. Sometimes I just eat them on a plate with mustard after a quick pan fry with a few drops of olive oil.
