    Finally Have a comparison PIC

    I've been wanting to get to the stage where I have a before and Mid way picture to compare. Yesterday I made one. The picture on the left is me at my heaviest I've ever been a few years ago and the right was me taken yesterday. I'm about 3 stone lighter now. My journey begun way before I found MFP but now that I've joined, I am starting to see some decent results. I still have a long way to go but it's a start.

      Thanks, that means a lot to hear because I always go to this corner of the forum to get motivated and inspired. So I felt it was my turn to post a pic and hopefully inspire someone else. Trust me if I can make a difference, anyone can.

      Thanks everyone. I think I look younger in the second pic aswell. Just hope I keep looking younger the more I lose lol.
