Hello, and looking for an exercise plan

Options
Hello everyone. Doing the best I can to follow the program with the FitBit, managed to lose about 15 lbs so far, but I need suggestions for an exercise program for those with extensive joint damage. Pretty much everything from the his down doesn't work or barely works, and I cant' afford another double bypass. Almost all of the exercise programs are weighted heavily towards lower body work, and this is something I just can't do. Does anyone have any suggestions they might care to share?
Thanks.

Miranda Esmonde-White has a show on KLRN called "Classical Stretch"--check it out. She believes that our bodies were meant to last our entire lifetime, meaning that it should be fit and functional, and she designs her workouts to help improve mobility and ease pain.

I can't speak for the efficacy of any of them, but if you Google "chair exercises," tons of things come up. The one below features Jessica Smith, who's stuff
is usually pretty good. Good luck!
