Suggestions for high protein foods that are quick?

Ok some basic information about me been training for about four years started at 11 stone ish but over the last 8 weeks I have got serious and thinking of competing bodybuilding so 8 weeks ago I was 13 stone 5 lb and I weighed in this week at 14 12 lb I am 20 years old and looking for suggestions of high protein quick meals as I am lazy when it gets to about 8 at night and I really can't be arsed to cook so any suggestions ?
