Suggestions for high protein foods that are quick?

Ok some basic information about me been training for about four years started at 11 stone ish but over the last 8 weeks I have got serious and thinking of competing bodybuilding so 8 weeks ago I was 13 stone 5 lb and I weighed in this week at 14 12 lb I am 20 years old and looking for suggestions of high protein quick meals as I am lazy when it gets to about 8 at night and I really can't be arsed to cook so any suggestions ?

What about doing meal prep once a week?
Otherwise, jerky, boiled eggs (though you'd still have to cook then) and protein powder. Trutein also has a protein pudding.0 -
@sypher_1994 Low-sodium canned beans with some pick-up-and-go rotisserie chicken from your local Walmart/Super 1/Sam's/etc. Quickest, meal, ever. And buying the whole chicken is great for leftovers so you can warm up a few tears and go for the next few days. Also, protein bars, deli meats, and shakes are also really good, but watch the sodium.
